Platinum Tier Exclusive Benefits

Return Guarantee Privilege – Available to sellers who have completed 100 completed orders with a drop rate below 5%. AREA 02 reserves the right to adjust eligibility at any time.
3% Exclusive Discount Code – By invitation only; applicable to sellers who qualify for return guarantee and maintain over 5 completed purchase orders per month.

Monthly Performance Review (Conducted on the 5th of Each Month)

If the seller meets the sales requirement (either by item count or total sales amount) and maintains a qualifying drop rate, they will be promoted to the next tier.
If the seller does not meet the sales requirement but maintains the qualifying drop rate, they will remain in their current tier.
If the seller fails to meet the drop rate standard, they will be demoted by one tier.

Tier Entry and Downgrade Rules:
＊All approved sellers will begin at Bronze Tier (15% platform fee).
＊Warning Tier sellers (17% platform fee) who fail to meet the drop rate standard will have their seller privileges permanently revoked.

Secure Trading Platform

AREA 02 is a professional sneaker trading platform that provides members a platform to list shoes and conduct transactions, and assist buyers and sellers to verify that the transaction target is a product produced by its original brand.
Only brand new genuine products are allowed to sell at this stage.
Products have not been worn, the soles have no traces of use or wear, and the body of the shoes has not been used (creases, stains, scratches), including original accessories, including (but not limited to): spare shoelaces, insole, instruction manual, certificate, dust bag, complete original shoe box (no damage to squeeze), etc.

Order Type

Buyers buy directly

A transaction in which a seller can set a price and wait for a buyer to buy it.
The lowest price will be prioritized to show on the website. When there are two bid prices with the same price, the price placed earlier will be prioritized to show on the website.

Seller Match Bid

A seller can accept the bid price from buyer via “Match buyer’s bid” to make a sale.
Sellers can check if there is any bid price from buyers at Listing.
The system will only show the highest bid price when there are multiple buyers placing bids.
A seller can decide if he/she wants to sell the product by clicking on “Match buyer’s bid” to accept the bid price from a buyer.

Order Process

Buyers buy directly

Buyers can place an order via push buy it.

Seller Match Bid

Sellers can see the highest bid price and accept the price via “Match buyer’s bid” at Listing. Only one item will be sold when a seller accepts a bid price.
Upon acceptance of a bid price, an order will be placed immediately. The seller must proceed to ship the item specified in the order according to the Terms.

Confirming the shipment details

The product must be delivered to the designated address of AREA 02 (8F-12, No. 46, Sec. 2, Dunhua S. Rd., Da’an Dist., Taipei City 106 (Receiving area of AREA 02)) within 2 business days after the consumer purchases and checkout.
A packing slip must be included inside the product box, then provide the shipment details to the platform after sending out the product.

※Please be aware that overdue will result in the cancellation of the transaction, or affect the membership and rights. Product authentication will be conducted after the product arrives at AREA 02, and it will be shipped to the buyer once it passes the authentication.
