The release of 990 V3 is to celebrate the original silhouette’s 30th anniversary in 2012. The design continues the silhouette of 990 V2 but with the twist of a more lifestyle sneaker appearance. For the upper, it features a more breathable mesh and high-quality pigskin paneling while add in 3M reflective detail on the N logo and the tongue. ENCAP midsole and stable panel on the heel provide an excellent support and cushioning.The sneaker’s colourway is reflective of Santis’, and New Balance’s, love of details and refinement; a mixture of hairy and ordinary suede covers the sneaker's uppers, while an understated, off-white and dark grey colourway is used.
