Recommend half or one size up. AIR MAX 1 was designed by Tinker Hatfield, alongside with Mark Parker in 1987. The model was inspired by the glass wall of Centre Georges-Pompidou which the design of visible air unit derived from. It provides a great cushioning and stability that changed the runner experience entirely. Travis Scott teamed up with NIKE again for the classic AIR MAX 1. A heavy mesh textile makes up the upper with mudguard and heeltab seen in suede. Swoosh continues the mesh but with a thin layer of wax to execute the roughness look. Pocket Knife-influenced straps can be seen within the laces system. A tonal lemon midsole and the flag logo finish off the design.
